I want my gay rights now.

Marsha P Johnson (on the Christopher Street)

“How many people have died for their two little statues to be put in the park to recognized gay people? How many years does it take for people to see that we are all brothers & sisters and human beings in the human race? I mean how many years does it take for people to see that we are all in this rat race together.”

Marsha p Johnson poem that explores the Karma

Stonewall veteran Marsha sang his poem, “Soul” which earned much applause. In this poem, she explored the meaning of Karma, its good and bad effects on humans. (The book, Stonewall: The Riots That Sparked the Gay ㅡ in 1969, a series of riots over police action against The Stonewall Inn, a gay bar in New York City's Greenwich Village, changed the long-time landscape of the homosexual in society literally overnight. Since then, the event itself has become the stuff of legend). It really does not matter if you have not got a soul.

Poem: “Soul” Performed by Marsha P Johnson and Written By Jimmy Camicia

You can count your karma
if Nirvana is your goal
you can shake and you can rattle
you can rock and roll
you can be a Clark Kent
or a Lois
or an Alice down a hole,
you can be a vampire on a mountain
With a heart of stone black coal.
You can be a leather angel.
On a sleek black Harley bike.
Or a redhead screaming fggot or a dazzling dke
you can lock yourself in a closet
in a fine mink stole
but it really doesn’t matter.

Kurt Vonnegut: “We must be careful about what we pretend to be”

Kurt Vonnegut Jr

Mr Kurt Vonnegut (b. 11 Nov 1922–11 April 2007) America’s writer of counter-cultural or sometimes Melancholy and non-chronological storytelling was his favorite passion. We are what we pretend to be. So, we must be careful about what we pretend to be. His contribution to America’s Literature was a notable work, he made the stories and novels very intelligently and hardly fewer writers of his age did such away.

His style of writing was sole and all the stories and books are based on his imagination always stances on the realities and truth of common habitat. He gave the entire literary world quite a few books but his existence on this earth only identify due to his great and quality work. He produced nearly fourteen novels and slaughterhouse-five had ranked in the world’s best 100 novels since 1923. It was first published in 1969.

You will either love it or push it back in the science-fiction corner.

New York Times : Slaughterhouse-five was the only novel nominated for the best novel Nebula and Hugo awards in 1970. The book and author had to go through many struggles, pretty nerdy censorship controversy, and finally published after many pivotal attempts. There were reasons why Kurt’s novel was not getting published. It is due to his unsuitable tone, content, and variation in the depiction of sex in his book. The judges of the states described the book as “Deprived, Immoral, Psychotic, Vulgar and anti-Christian”.

Salman Rushdie, British-Indian novelist wrote in New Yorker (read the full article here). He had read Slaughterhouse-five in 1972 after three years of its official publication and before his first novel, and become published author. He considered Vietnam plays vital roles in this book since the book was associated with the Second World War and Vietnam is on its pages. He compared “Catch-22” is like Slaughterhouse-five. Mr Rushdie said that both books had a great effect on his young mind those days.

Stephanie ─ Extremely Stable Genius

Stephanie, one of the Goodreads readers and book reviewers wrote about Slaughterhouse-five expressed her very thoughts about the book.“I miss Kurt Vonnegut.” He hasn’t been gone all that long. Of course, he isn’t gone, yet he is gone. He has always been alive, and he will always be dead. So, it goes. Slaughterhouse-five is next to impossible to explain, let alone review, but here I am. And here I go. What is it about? It’s about war. It’s about loved and hate. It’s about post-traumatic stress. It’s about sanity and insanity. It’s about aliens (not the illegal kind, the spacey kind). It’s about life. It’s about death. So, it goes.“That’s one thing Earthlings might learn to do if they tried hard enough: Ignore the awful times and concentrate on the good ones.” This is how I live my life. This is how I get through the day. Most days I am successful, some days I’m not.

Today is one of the “not” days. Like so many Americans these days, I feel I’m in a rut. Like so many Americans I don’t understand why I am where I am. This was not the plan. This was not what I had in mind……Oh, poor me….boo hoo. This book. This book got me thinking. So much about life sucks, true, but not many of us want to give up on it that easy. Why? Because of the “good ones”. And what makes “good ones” is our ability to create and enjoy creating…..at least I think so.“Write it. Shoot it. Publish it. Crochet it, sauté it, whatever. MAKE.”— Joss WhedonIf you make something, a painting, a poem, a novel, a good meal, a person……you continue to live even after death. I think that’s what Mr. Vonnegut was getting at. Maybe. At least that is how he has remained alive for me.” ─Stephanie *Extremely Stable Genius.*

And that is called a passion for love and work that any productive writer likes to do.

However, his one strong leg and damage kidney was much enough to travel to millions of his fans worldwide. However, his powerful pen enough to convey his presence. And kept showering his love in words till the end of his life. Many made sad laughed and many broken found a new way toward life to survive. Mr Art Buchwald was a real depression survivor.

Art Buchwald

The fun-loving man had started his journey as a writer in Paris. He joined as a primary earning source, but he was an inexperienced writer those days. His favourite topic of writing was the nightlife of Paris in his column, Paris after Dark for New York Tribune. In his declining years, he was suffering from dialysis and had lost his right leg due to gangrene. His kidney stopped working, and he died leaving his memorable journey in Washington DC. His millions of fans, and close friends in the United States left shock on his abrupt demise.

At the beginning of his career, he had started with US Marine. But left his job in just two short years saying,

In the marine, they don’t have much use of humorists, they beat my brain in.

The man, being a writer always loved spending time in quiet nature. He always liked observes the surroundings and love no longer any other profession than writing. The year 1949 had become one of the luckiest years for him and his decision. Spending a year and watching Paris closely, locals, gangsters, his love and marriage dramas had all cherished.

Thus, his almost 14 years of life spent experience published as a memoir, I will always have Paris. The late-night spicy waft, salty taste of alcohol, depression, his marriage, adapting kids and dine with robbers etc. However, being a young journalist, seeking a job in Europe and Paris. Still, his memoir sometimes makes you sad and laugh your ass off.

The stories of his 40s and 50s in Paris when Art as an inexperienced writer left the US in 1948. His skills had mostly focused on the world’s deep study of its politics. Those struggle days while he’s working for The New York Herald Tribune. (The New York Herald Tribune was a newspaper published between 1924 and 1966). However, it was a New York’s old newspaper edition. Those Tribune days brings him back to many loveable memories of his life. The book has almost covered his life post-World-War 2.

Art Buchwald has published closed to 40 books. Still, the most favourite, one of those is “I will always have Paris!” (Available on Amazon)

I will always have Paris

One of his posts on the Washington Post reminds us of how he deeply dived into his cultural thoughts. His art of storytelling was so simple and realistic need no extra magic to convey his feelings to his audience.

One of our most important holidays is Thanksgiving Day, known in France as le Jour de Merci Donnant. Le Jour de Merci Donnant was started by a group of Pilgrims (Pelerins) who fled from l’Angleterre before the McCarran Act to found a colony in the New World (le Nouveau Monde) where they could shoot Indians (les Peaux-Rouges) and eat turkey (dinde) to their hearts’ content.” [...]

Lord Mountbatten: “The team should have implicit confidence in the captain’s decisions.”

A responsible and dedicated officer, Mountbatten (Mountbatten inspecting sailors before the Bruneval raid, February 1942)

Lord Mountbatten (b. 25 June 1900 ─ d. 27 Aug 1979) was born in a royal family called Battenberg rulers from Western Germany. The family existed from 1806-1918 until the end of the German Empire. He was a naval officer, born to Prince Louis of Battenberg as a second child. His friends and family used to called by the nickname “Dickie” and also studied his first 10 years at home only. He worked as midshipman later transferred to battleship  HMS Queen Elizabeth during closing the first world war in June 1917, and he was the first governor (viceroy) of  Independent India.

The role of Lord Mountbatten was very crucial during complex Indian politics before it's the division into India and Pakistan. Allowing his sharp and intellectual mind and resolved the critical situations of political matters. Every political leader was aware of his artistic mind and his brave heart, and whichever solution comes in his way was quick and almost acceptable. During partition, the advised by Mr Mountbatten's decision was already confirmed and underwent many discussions with the top leaders of India. The book, Freedom at Midnight, talks a lot about undivided India. It is said that during partition there was a quick wrap up the free discussion with all the essential political leaders (Gandhi, Nehru, Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, and Mr Muhammad Ali Jinnah) with Mr Mountbatten in Simla (Himachal Pradesh, India) and many others.

By the time of partition of India into India and Pakistan and the transfer of power, the public of India's sacrifices had gone to the end as if like there was no choice left and surrender to all the political parties hoping and wishing the best future. People blindly accepted the cruel fearful announcement of the partition (many opposed, Muhammad Ali Jinnah served a leader of all the Muslims of India has regretted on demand of Pakistan). Mr Mountbatten and his coordinators who were mutually involved in the partition were not aware of the future effect that they may have to go through the biggest crises of all the time. Indian politics were well known about the fact that it was difficult to deal with the Indian Muslim League.

Investigating eyes of Mr and
Mrs Mountbatten after the riot

Mr Mountbatten's proposal (partition of India into Hindu and Muslim) seemed wise to many leaders but not Gandhi. This drama took a bit longer to convince the great freedom (Mahatma Gandhi) fighter after a hot debate with Jinnah and Gandhi. Freedom at Midnight (the epic drama of India's struggles for independence) has all the sorrow, pain for freedom of both Hindu and Muslims. The wise 400 millions life had been decided by these four eminent leaders, profit, and loss of common lives. But this book explored it very well, lowering its anchor into deep.

Mohammad or Mohammed Ali Jinnah (b. 25 Dec 1876 — d. 11 Sep 1948) served as a leader of the India Muslim League (1913 to 1947) one of his speeches shows how centric he was about his goals. He was one of the most influential and powerful leaders (after Gandhi) before the partition of India. He had a significant impact on the creation of Pakistan.

Mohammed Ali Jinnah said,

“Hundreds of Muslims cannot be characterized as a minority. We are seventeen million in the north-eastern, and we constitute the majority of seventeen percent. We want the division of India into India and Pakistan because that is the only practical solution that will secure the freedom of the Hindu and Muslim. These two nations are entirely different. Let me tell you the difference, We different are in History, Culture, Language, Architecture, Music, Claws, Calendar and our entire Social Code of Life.”

Inspiring speech of Mohammed Ali Jinnah

In such an inspiring speech, he said that Hindu and Muslim people would-be neighbors and friends, but it didn't happen at all. Mr. Jinnah's hardworking attitude has ensured him a successful future as a leader by keeping his ambitions high. The transfer of Muslim or Hindu populations from one division to another was one of the greatest calamities of the 20th century.

Jinnah on making Pakistan

The black day in the history of partition of India into Pakistan by Jinnah

The Promises, Money, Neighbors, and Lands were worthless. Millions died, raped, and cut into pieces. The actual lovers of India (middle-class) didn't want the partition, and those hated the division of India had started forming their refugee camps. The painful partition took almost a complete five years to get back to normal life. Mr Jinnah was Indian, and he had founded a new democratic world called Pakistan, but later regretted the partition. The book Indian Summer: "Jinnah called the demand for Pakistan was the biggest blunder of his life."

Refuge India

The innocents had no idea that their lives had been blown away by the power of both parties' political intrigue speeches and the ultimate loss of the common people.

Those middle-class people who had nothing to do with either politics or religion For those who lived at the time of the partition, the stories bring waves of fear.

The rotten and decayed bodies of young pregnant women or sometimes kids or elders had been found in the gutters or canals for many months after the riots. After the two years of division of India, Mr Muhammad Ali Jinnah died. It was the most peak time of his life doing something for Pakistan what he had promised.

When reports of the partition appear in the records, only Louise Mountbatten, Mahatma Gandhi, Muhammad Ali Jinnah, and Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru are held accountable for everything that occurred during their rule. In actuality, Mahatma Gandhi had no desire for partition. In the last days of British rule, there was a conversation between Jinnah and Gandhi. “You have mesmerized the Muslims,” Gandhi said. “You have hypnotized the Hindus,” Mr. Jinnah replied.

Leonardo da Vinci, the man whose name shows the identity of his place of birth, Da Vinci, and the name Leonardo (Real nameLeonardo di ser Piero da Vinci) which is his name as identity. Experienced and technical personnel of the Ira 14th century who was not only expert in his great artistic historic painting of  La Gioconda (Mona Lisa a real-life model). But he also has great experience in other another expertise in the stream of drawing, sculpturing, Architecture, Science, Music, Mathematics, Engineering, Literature, Anatomy, Geology, Astronomy, Botany, and Cartography. Looking at his great work about especially, the Facts of Painting of Mona Lisa proved that Leonardo da Vinci was one of the greatest paintings of all time.

Simplicity Is The Ultimate Sophistication. Art Is Never Finished, Only Abandoned. Learning Never Exhausts The Mind.

Leonardo da Vinci

Apart from drawing a portrait of others, Leonardo had made of his own. The great thing about that is his eyes look very sharp, the presence of mind which overall he looks very older than he ever was in real life. His curled hair was longer than it was seen in actual. Along with that, he also has few other paintings such as Last supper, Head of a woman, Ginevra De Benci. Mr Leonardo da Vinci had a great power of ideas and those were extraordinary, his book, Codex Arundel, and his inventions of more than 700 pages were equal to or not lesser than seven hundred ideas.

After scientific studies and investigation, those pages do not look like bound pages of a single book. They are separate pages that are held together and formed Codex Arundel. It is as important as any other literary work. His unrest mind could think of anything that crosses his mind, measuring, calculating, gauging, or sometimes could cross the limit of a supper fiction mind.

He studied underwater apparatus, reflecting mirrors and many drawings of a mechanical device. Leonardo da Vinci was not only perfect in Arts but also tried to jump in the sky, watch the stars, Moon and Sun very closely, and solved an essential riddle of earthshine (NASA—Copernicus’ sun-centered theory of the solar system wasn’t published until 1543, twenty-four years after Leonardo died.) — The Vinci Glow. A ghostly image of the full moon that’s called earthshine.

"In Leonardo’s Codex Leicester, circa 1510, there is a page entitled “Of the Moon: No Solid Body is Lighter than Air.” He states his belief that the Moon has an atmosphere and oceans. The Moon was a fine reflector of light, Leonardo believed because it was covered with so much water. As for the “ghostly glow,” he explained, that was due to sunlight bouncing off Earth’s oceans and, in turn, hitting the Moon."

Indira Gandhi, A Powerful Lady of 70s and 1st lady President of India

Indira Gandhi's letter to her father
Feroze, son, Rajeev, Indira and father Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru

Indira (b. 19 November 1917 to 31st Oct 1984) was 3rd Prime Minister of India. And was the first female who had become India’s President (1966―1977 again in 1980―1984). The president who was very much bound to her promise that had never refrained from under the pressure of someone. Even a threat from her blood. She had a shower of blessings from her beloved father and had learned to make her decision.

There was a passionate letter exchange between Indira and Jawaharlal Nehru. The words of wisdom and powerful learning at an early age. The politically stabled woman once had gone for war with Pakistan and returned with a victory. The war had resulted in formation of nature and waterways into Bangladesh (one of the populated countries) with the existence of Padma and Meghana rivers.

There are two types of people, those who do the work and those who take the credit. Try to be in the first group, there is less competition.

Indira Gandhi

Indira was well-groomed at an early age, Indira and her mother Kamala Nehru. In fact, she was a freedom fighter used to meet Mahatma Gandhi frequently. However, she was always surrounded by political thoughts in and out of her mind. Those included, Poverty, Freedom, Republic, Independence, Our country, our people. These are the words she used to familiar since her younger age. She had soon built her strength, overcame the weakness and stood-alone taking her decision.

Mrs Indira Gandhi was one of the leaders who believed in secularism and got married to Feroze Khan. A man who left his studies for the country’s freedom and joined Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi‘s Independence movement in 1933. Firoze’s last name on the legal document was Gandhy(Who was born to a Persian family) changed his name to Firoze Gandhi.

The reason why Indira Gandhi Married to Feroze Khan

This result was of purely based on loving Mr Gandhi. And his powerful thoughts who had already won the hearts of many Indians. The reason for becoming Firoze Gandhy to Firoze Gandhi is still unknown except above.

Firoze and Indira
Feroze and Indira in the homeland, a newly wedded couple in London

Before they fall in love, Mr Feroze Gandhi had already made his first thoughtful attempt putting his proposal to well-known member of India Independence Movement, Kamala Nehru for her daughter, Indira, but it was rejected saying she is too young to marry. A skilled girl when abandoned when Kamala Nehru died in Switzerland. Those days Indira and Firoze came closer more that time. And both emerged out a rhythm of love together in the political wounded hearts.

Important Note About Marriage

Both tied a knot in a furious decision going almost against everybody including her father (Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru) in 1942. The wedding took place at well-known Regent Street, London. This marriage happened exactly five years ago. However, when the country was about to get independence and partition between Hindu and Muslim. The exact motto of being secularism in Gandhi’s family was nothing but a constant comparison between Hindu and Muslim. But finally, India broke into two separate continents.

But Mr’s Gandhi believes in secularism as one of her quoted words is still the evidence. However, proves her that her marriage was just a true love changing her life for both India and her marriage. In one of her interviews, she was asked some uncomfortable questions. And would like her to become president of India again in this interview. (1978 by Jonathan Dimbleby.)

Even if I died in the service of this nation, I would be proud of it. Every drop of my blood contributes to the growth of this nation and to make it strong and dynamic.

Biography about Mother Teresa: “The Fruit Of Love Is Service”

Short biography about mother teresa

I was numbed when I read the biography about Mother Teresa (b.26 August 1910), who had devoted her entire life to orphans, breaking all religious barriers.

She successfully coped with all situations of the poorest of the poor. Her journey had started from Kosovo Vilayet (A New York Times’s article) and ended in Calcutta (now Kolkata). Being a part of the Albanian family (Get to know the complete about who are Albanian) she never races anybody by religions nor by colours.

A short biography about Mother Teresa

Her father was a politician by profession, but Mother Teresa had chosen different ways of serving people, those innocents, poor, and deceased were calling her to India and finally, she found her the last place of living on the earth. She often called nuns and missionary mothers. Her house was the only home of leper, beggar, the blind, the aged, and the disabled colony of hopeful children.

Yesterday is gone and tomorrow has not yet come; we must live each day as if it were our last so that when God calls us we already, and prepared, to die with a clean heart. ㅡ Mother Teresa. Many leaders still say that Mother Teresa was the greatest humanitarian of the 20th century in the world. Therefore, a compassionate and holy hearted woman by chance had got to this planet and those poorest of the poor.

She brought many lives into existence and provided shelters to thousands of orphans, gave food and clothes to incapable ㅡ humans, and hence she called Saint Mother Teresa. She stayed in the hospitals in sleepless nights, watched many giving births, dying when it was out of her reach. Her real name was Agnes Gonxha Bojaxhiu. The characteristics of Mother Teresa had come from her mother, Drana Bojaxhiu. There is a legendary story behind becoming Mother Teresa. Her mother after her father’s death decided to serve people, and it was declared to the front of poor when Drana invited the city’s destitute to share a meal together and had said,

My child never eats a single mouthful unless you are sharing it with others.

Drana Bojaxhiu

Within no time a question hit her mother from her daughter stating who are these people and after listening to her mother Agnes got impressed. She heard,

Some of them are our relations but all of them are our people.

Drana Bojaxhiu

The line had given Agnes a spark, inspired her tremendously, and found the biggest learning point looking at people. She started following her mother right from that time. She had done her education in history, geography and let herself completely deep inside through girl’s poverty incorporating into her education.

Mother Teresa

Poem by Mother Teresa

God is.
God is love.
God is everywhere.
God is the Author of life.
God is a loving Father.
God is a merciful Father.
God is all-powerful, and He can take care of us.
God is love and God loves you and loves me.
God is joy.
God is pure Himself.
God is with us.
God is in love with us.
God is in your heart.
God is faithful.
God is love, God is joy, God is light,
God is the truth.
God is thoughtful.
God is so good to us.

In an interview, Mother Teresa was once asked, can you sum up what love really is?” She promptly replied:

“Love is giving. God loved the world so much that He gave His Son. Jesus loved the world so much, loved you, loved me so much that He gave His life. And He wants us to love as He loved. And so now we have also to give until it hurts. True love is giving and giving until it hurts.

Pasayadan Meaning

The infinite meaning of Pasayadan like concealed within the visible universe

Salutations to the Lord of all, who is concealed within the visible universe. It is He who causes this universe to appear, and it is He who causes it to vanish as well. When He is revealed, the universe disappears; when He is concealed, the universe shines forth.

Yet, He doesn’t hide Himself, nor does He reveal Himself; He is always present before us at every moment. No matter how diverse and varied the universe appears, He remains unmoved, unchanged. And this is just as one would expect, since He is always one, without a second.

This poetry is simply begging to God and holy offerings. Pasaydan is the hidden meaning of eternal life, the verse of his entire Dnyaneshwari that is placed together beautifully in a summarized manner in front of the creator of the universe, Almighty. He explained that let pessimism vanishes throughout but not the pessimist because vanishing of defeatist won’t extinguish negativity.

Let the positivity spread across the globe, the disorder is not natural but situational. Friends are selfless and omnipresent in love, and all the Yogi saints have been telling this universal truth for ages. This prayer has been for the inner happiness of human, unique common peace of all.

Dnyaneshwar who had become a great teacher brought positivity and made its way clear to people of Maharashtra. Therefore, it is the most critic novel Dnyaneshwari and its poem Pasayadan became the greatest one of Marathi.

Pasayadan Meaning in English

The weakness of the person disappears and bring happiness and allow them and bring interest in doing good and great things and multiply friendship infinitely not only in humans but among all the creatures on this holy earth.

Darkness disappears and sunrise in every individual and everyone’s wishes of life always is fulfilled. Saints of all the universe may come on the earth and meet every living thing and be blessed. Saints who are walking gardens of great divine trees and the conscious villages spread love and sweetness like nectar the size of the sea.

The saints who are pure like the moon without spots, sun without heat are friends of all the creatures on this earth forever. All the three humans with their happy heart and pleasure should always serve the ancient (the first) man of this universe uninterruptedly.

Conquer all the visible and invisible sufferings of humans in this world. Shri Nivruttinath said that you will get this holy offering. Dnyaneshwar heard of the tailored and got happy with that.
